Performance:

  1. Low elongation
    That the carcass is specially designed and dipped with rubber makes the belt has low elasticity and permanent elongation and reduces the tension stroke and spicing.
  2. High modulus and good trough ability
    The belt carcass is woven by polyester fiber in the warp and nylon fiber in the weft which provide a high modulus and good trough ability.
  3. The belt type and thickness are optional
    For different applications, with different covering rubber, Our Principle designs varieties of nylon belts such as common type, heat resistant type, high temperature resistant type, burning resistant type, wear resistant type, flame retardant type, anti-static type, acid & alkali resistant type, oil resistant type.

    NN (nylon/nylon) conveyor belt: High tensile strength, high impact resistance, less bending fatigue, good trough ability, lightweight, less stretch, strong adhesion and less ply separation, high resistance to water suitable for medium, long distance and heavy-load transportation of materials.
  4. Nylon conveyor belt type
    It is divided into the conventional type , heat resistant type, and flame resistant type, cold resistant type, acid & alkali resistant type, and oil resistant type according to the performance of the cover rubber.

  2. Heat Resistant(<1200C) Conveyor Belt Usage:
    The product can work under the temperature of 1200C and it is widely used in industries of metallurgy,cement,coking,steel,and etc.

The product is made of cotton canvas,nylon canvas or EP canvas and finished through the processes of pressing,shaping,vulcanizing and etc.
Usage
It is suitable for conveying oil materials.
